1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if incorrect/incomplete addresses are provided.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Shipping is fulfilled via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selection depends on weight/dimensions and destination).

  • For international shipping (if applicable) please contact us directly — additional duties, taxes, and shipping costs may apply.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders over a specified threshold (e.g., $100) — see current site banner or checkout for details.

  • Expedited shipping options (2–3 day, overnight) are available at an additional cost; select during checkout if required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. ground shipping: 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Processing time (1–2 business days) is separate from transit time.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Special Handling

  • Some oversized, heavy, or hazardous-classified parts may require special shipping (freight, lift-gate service) — we will contact you for details and quote if applicable.

  • If you purchase parts for motor vehicles (e.g., for motocross or dirt bikes) that require special packaging or handling, additional shipping or handling fees may apply.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.

  • Use the link in the email to monitor your shipment.

  • If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact customer support.

7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If your shipment shows as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, and look around the delivery address.

  • If the package was damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contents, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

  • For lost or missing items, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to track and resolve the issue; note that investigations may take time.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • For shipping‐related returns (wrong item, defective, etc.), we will cover return shipping when approved.

  • Customer‐initiated returns for reasons other than defective or wrong item may incur return shipping costs.

9. Changes to Address or Order

  • If you need to change your shipping address or add expedited shipping after placing your order, contact us right away. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

  • Additional charges may apply for rerouting shipments.
