All purchases made through Steep Motorsports are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at steepmotorsports@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
International Orders
For international customers, once your order has shipped, we cannot refund or replace items delayed or held by customs.
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
